CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly give at least a 24 hour notice for cancellation of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee upon re-booking of following appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please notify your service provider if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. Scheduled services will still be performed and end at the original scheduled time if you arrive less than 15 minutes after the appointment. If your arrival is 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time you may be asked to reschedule.
