All of our custom products are made to each individual order. For this reason, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be created and shipped. Upon shipping, you should receive confirmation that your order is on the way. Please contact us if you have not received any information regarding your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! We hope that every customer is completely satisfied with every product and service they receive.
Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any products for return or exchange. All product and service sales are final. All custom products are made in a small batch process. Each order is created and filled once we receive it, ensuring the freshest product possible. For this reason, restocking returned items is not in our policy. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect you may return it to us for a full refund of product price or exchange for an item of equal value.
All Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description and photo of the product. Once your item is confirmed to have been damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will receive further instructions on your individual situation.
